This Refund Policy governs all monetary transactions on the EarnXam platform, including subscription plan purchases and tournament entry fees. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
Important: EarnCoins are reward points, not monetary payments. Redemption of EarnCoins for e-gift vouchers is governed by the Voucher Redemption section below — it is not a financial refund process.

1. Subscription Plan Refunds
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected plan period (monthly).
- Within 24 hours of purchase and if you have not yet attempted any premium exam (Short Answer, Long Answer, or paid Tournament), you may request a full refund.
- After 24 hours, all subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
- Refunds are not provided for unused days if you cancel mid-subscription.
- In the case of accidental duplicate payments, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Technical failures on the Platform that prevent access for more than 72 consecutive hours will be addressed on a case-by-case basis (pro-rata extension or refund at the Company's discretion).
To request a refund within the eligible window, email support@earnxam.in with Subject: "Subscription Refund Request" and include your registered email and order ID.
2. Tournament Entry Fee Refunds
- Entry fees are fully refunded if the tournament is cancelled by the Company before any round commences.
- Entry fees are fully refunded if the tournament does not reach the minimum participant threshold.
- Once a tournament round has started, entry fees are non-refundable, even if you are eliminated in the first round.
- Refunds for cancelled tournaments are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. EarnCoin Voucher Redemption
EarnCoins are loyalty reward points earned through exam performance. Voucher redemption is the process of converting accumulated EarnCoins into e-gift vouchers.
- Once a voucher has been issued, it cannot be exchanged back for EarnCoins or any monetary equivalent.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and for the recipient's personal use only.
- If a voucher is issued with an incorrect denomination due to a platform error, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
- The Company is not responsible for the expiry, loss, or misuse of vouchers after issuance.
EarnCoins are reward points only — they cannot be transferred as money, sent to a bank account, or paid via UPI. EarnCoins may only be redeemed for e-gift vouchers, gifts, or certificates. This is a fundamental design of the reward system in compliance with applicable Indian regulations.
4. Refund Process
To request an eligible refund:
- Email support@earnxam.in with Subject: "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
- Include: Registered email address, Order ID (from payment confirmation), reason for refund request
- Our team will respond within 2 working days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method via Cashfree
5. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by emailing support@earnxam.in with Subject: "Refund Escalation". All disputes are governed by the laws of India. The Company's final decision on refund eligibility is binding subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
