All payment processing is handled by Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Maanya HR and IT Services does not store your card numbers, bank account numbers, UPI IDs, or any sensitive financial credentials.
We store only: Order ID, Plan purchased, Amount, Payment status, and Transaction timestamp — for internal records and support purposes.

EarnXam is designed for students in Class 10 and above (typically ages 15+). In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), users under 18 years ("Minors") must obtain parental/guardian consent to register and use the Platform.
Age & Marketing: We do not market the Platform to children under 13 years old. Our exam content, subject matter, and qualification levels are designed for students ages 15 and above.
Parental Consent Process: When a user registers and indicates they are under 18, or when we identify a Minor (e.g., through educational qualification selection), we will:
Tracking & Analytics for Minors: For Minor users, we collect and process data for these purposes only:
We do not use Minor data for behavioral profiling, targeted advertising, or marketing purposes.
Data Retention: In compliance with DPDP, we retain Minor personal data for a minimum of 1 year from the date of collection, and no longer than necessary for legal compliance and service delivery.
Withdrawal of Consent: Parents/guardians can withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@earnxam.in. Upon withdrawal, we will disable the Minor's account and cease further data processing, except where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a Platform notification or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
